The physical and chemical properties of flexible stone sheet include lightness, thinness, flexibility, waterproofness, fire resistance, alkali resistance, UV resistance, and easy cleaning.
The following are artificial tests on the properties that a number of wall decoration materials should have, in addition to the tests conducted by professional organizations.
Drop Test
Due to the light weight, thin thickness and strong toughness of flexible stone, it performs better than natural stone tiles in the drop test. There is no obvious damage after the fall, and the impact on the ground is also very small.
Impact Resistance Test
In an artificial test, flexible stone, natural stone, and ceramic tile were compared under the impact of a 10kg shot falling from a height of 1.5 meters. Flexible stone is more impact resistant.
Alkali Resistance Test
According to the professional standard “JG/T 540-20177.5.8” Chemical resistance test, The test results are all”No obvious damage after testing through artificial experiments, we also found that in alkaline water, flexible stone has no obvious color change.
Cleaning Test
In this test, we chose a flexible stone wall that has not been cleaned for a year. It can be easily cleaned with water and a brush. The waterproof and stain-resistant properties of flexible stone make it extremely easy to clean the walls on which it is used.
Firproof Test
After inspection by professional organizations, flexible stone meets Class A combustion performance. Through artificial experiments, it is found that flexible stone is difficult to ignite with an open flame and will extinguish itself when away from it.
Pull Test
We use a pull-out testing machine for testing. We have the flexible stone tile attached to the wall and the floor. The one attached to the wall requires about 1000KPa, and the one attached to the floor requires about 700KPa. It can be seen that the adhesion is very strong.
Stain Resistance Test
According to the professional standard “GB/T 97802013 A” Stain resistance test, The test results fully comply with the standards. Through artificial experiments, We still find that NAlSTONE’s flexible stone is not easy to be colored and can be wiped clean with water.
UV Resistance Test
We use a Transmission Meter to test glass panels with ordinary coating and anti-ultraviolet coating used by NAlSTONE flexible stone. The UV blocking rate of glass panels with anti-ultraviolet coating is much higher than that of ordinary coating.
Waterproof Test
According to the professional standard “GB/T 9966.32020”, the waterproof performance of flexible stone fully meets the standard. Through artificial experiments, it was found that after professional bonding, the flexible stone has excellent waterproof properties.
